The Effie Anderson Smith Museum and Archive is a 501c3 Tax Exempt Non-profit Organization dedicated to preserving and perpetuating the artistic legacy of Arizona's earliest Impressionist desert landscape painter. 

Restoring and Conserving these century-old paintings by E. A. Smith, her circle of women students and female contemporaries requires great skill and financial resources. To date the Effie Anderson Smith Museum and Archive and its generous donors have restored dozens of large and small paintings that now hang in museums, galleries, historical societies, and are displayed in our traveling exhibits.
